OVERVIEW
The North Carolina Society of Surveyors was founded January 31, 1939. We are the second oldest
Land Surveying Organization in the United States. We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of State Officers and Chapter
Presidents. We actively deal with issues affecting the Land Surveyor on local, state and national levels.
