The successful candidate must be a licensed North Carolina PLS, be able to prepare fee estimates for a variety of survey services, and have the desire to build the area survey practice.  The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience with MicroStation and GEOPAK including NCDOT or equivalent transportation surveying project management experience and familiarity with NCDOT Location & Surveys processes and standards.

Responsibilities:
Responsible charge of all aspects of a surveying and geomatics group (field and office) consisting of field crews and supporting technical staff involved with public and private sector land improvement projects. Geospatial Office Technicians
Geospatial Office Technician The entry-level position is located in ESP's Corporate office in Fort Mill, SC (south Charlotte). ESP is looking for a self-motivated individual to join ESP’s Geospatial team and assist in the production of products derived from aerial Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR) and photogrammetric systems. This includes the nation’s first statewide project utilizing Geiger-mode technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of aerial LiDAR point cloud deliverables and derivative products as well as quality control reviews of internal and external deliverables. Position is on night shift hours which are currently scheduled as follows:

The Survey Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of assigned projects and the penetration of assigned client accounts.
