If you are unable to attend the meeting, you must send a proxy in your place. Please complete a Proxy Form and email or fax the completed forms to the Executive Director. (Fax 919.556.9888) If you need to attend the meeting virtually, please notify the  Executive Director the week before the meeting. 

NCSS Members at Board Meetings

NCSS members are always welcome to attend board meetings as observers and the General Membership meetings held in August and February. If you would like to attend the spring or fall board meeting virtually, please contact the Executive Director in advance to receive the meeting link.
